Our Projects

We have a range of projects that aim to support our mission. These projects are designed to build resilient communities capable of adapting to and managing environmental changes effectively.

1. Plan International Uganda: Building Resilient Communities

In collaboration with Plan International Uganda and with funding from the Ministry of Internal Affairs Finland, we have launched a significant project to build resilient communities in Lira and Alebtong districts. This partnership focuses on:

  • Community Training Programs: We conduct extensive training programs to educate community members about environmental management, climate change adaptation, and sustainable practices.
  • Community-led Initiatives: We encourage and support initiatives led by community members that aim to address local environmental challenges.
  • Capacity Building: By enhancing the skills and knowledge of local communities, we empower them to take proactive measures in managing environmental impacts.
  • Sustainable Development Practices: We promote the adoption of sustainable development practices that contribute to environmental conservation and resilience.

Through these efforts, we aim to foster a sustainable and resilient future for the communities in Lira and Alebtong districts.
